Please review these Terms of Play before visiting, registering, booking, or participating at Putting World. By entering the venue, using our equipment, playing the course, participating in events, registering for challenges, or using our digital tools, you agree to follow these terms, posted rules, and staff instructions.
Welcome to Putting World. These Terms of Play apply to all guests, visitors, members, players, spectators, event attendees, and anyone else entering or using Putting World, Bar 19, our golf course, simulators, practice areas, performance studios, event spaces, website, registration tools, booking systems, digital leaderboards, or related services.
By entering the venue, registering to play, making a booking, participating in any activity, using Putting World equipment, or attending an event, you agree to follow these Terms of Play, our posted rules, staff instructions, and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Play, please do not enter the venue or use our services.
1. Venue Access & General Conduct
Putting World is open to guests of all ages, but certain areas, activities, and events may have age restrictions. All guests must:
- Follow posted rules and instructions from staff at all times.
- Treat other guests, staff, and equipment with respect.
- Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or threatening conduct of any kind.
- Comply with all applicable health, safety, and local regulations.
Putting World reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to follow these terms or whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others.
2. Equipment Use & Course Rules
- Guests must use equipment as intended and in accordance with posted rules and staff instructions.
- Personal putters may be used on the course unless otherwise stated by staff.
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
- Running, climbing on, or tampering with course features, scoring equipment, or technology is prohibited.
- Food and beverages from Bar 19 may be brought onto the course in designated areas only; glass containers are not permitted on the course.
3. Scoring, Leaderboards & Digital Systems
- Putting World uses digital scoring systems, laser tracking, and automated leaderboards.
- Scores are recorded based on system readings and are subject to staff review.
- Tampering with, interfering with, or attempting to manipulate scoring equipment or leaderboard data is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification and removal from the venue.
- Putting World is not responsible for technical errors, system outages, or data discrepancies, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.
- Leaderboard data, aliases, and performance records may be displayed publicly at the venue and online.
4. Registration & Player Accounts
- Guests may register to create a player profile for score tracking, leaderboard participation, and event entry.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
- Aliases must be appropriate and non-offensive; Putting World reserves the right to remove or modify inappropriate aliases.
- Player accounts and data are managed by Putting World and may be used for internal analytics, event management, and communications.
- By registering, you consent to receiving communications from Putting World related to your activity, events, and promotions, subject to your communication preferences.
5. Events, Challenges & Competitions
- Participation in events, competitions, and challenges is subject to specific event rules, which will be provided at registration or posted at the venue.
- Entry fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Putting World.
- Putting World reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule events at any time.
- Prizes, if offered, are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.
- Disputes regarding scores, results, or prizes must be raised with staff on the day of the event. Putting World's decision is final.
6. Memberships & Bookings
- Memberships and bookings are subject to their own specific terms, pricing, and cancellation policies provided at the time of purchase.
- Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Putting World reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice.
- Cancellation and refund policies for bookings will be outlined at the time of reservation.
7. Bar 19 & Alcohol Service
- Bar 19 is a licensed venue. All alcohol service complies with Arizona liquor laws.
- Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid ID may be required.
- Putting World staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at their discretion.
- Intoxicated guests may be refused service and/or asked to leave the venue.
- Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
8. Simulators & Performance Studios
- Simulator and studio sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability.
- Guests must check in on time; late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
- Only approved equipment may be used in simulators. Staff will advise on any restrictions.
- Simulators and studio technology are sensitive; any damage caused by improper use may result in liability.
9. Photography, Video & Media
- Personal photography and video for non-commercial purposes is permitted at Putting World.
- By visiting the venue and participating in events, you consent to being photographed or filmed by Putting World for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Commercial photography, filming, or media production requires prior written approval from Putting World management.
- Putting World may feature guest photos, videos, leaderboard data, and aliases on social media, marketing materials, or digital displays.
10. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in golf, putting, or any physical activity at Putting World involves inherent risks. By entering the venue and participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including the possibility of injury from golf balls, equipment, or physical activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Putting World, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation in any activity at the venue.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Guests with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating in physical activities. Putting World is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions aggravated during a visit.
11. Privacy & Data Use
- Putting World collects and uses guest data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By registering, booking, or participating in events, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Putting World will not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent.
12. Mobile Messaging
If you opt into SMS communications, Putting World may send you promotional and transactional messages. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
- For support, reply HELP to any message.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, technology, course design, software, and digital systems at Putting World are the intellectual property of Putting World or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any Putting World intellectual property is prohibited.
14. Modifications to Terms
Putting World reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Play at any time. Updated terms will be posted at the venue and on our website. Continued use of the venue or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Play are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
